All payments made towards:

- Website Development
- Landing Page Development
- API Integrations
- Server Setup
- Domain Purchase
- Hosting Purchase
- Marketing Automation
- WhatsApp Automation
- AI Calling Setup
- Technical Consultation
are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
Reason
Our services involve immediate allocation of:
- Technical manpower
- Domain costs
- Hosting / server charges
- API credits
- AI model usage charges
- Development time
- Software licensing costs
These costs are incurred as soon as the project begins.
Client Agreement
By making payment, the client confirms:
- They have understood the service scope.
- They accept the no-refund policy.
- They understand that service fees cover time, tools, infrastructure and technical resources.
- They waive any future refund claims.
Chargeback Protection
Any unauthorized chargeback, payment dispute or false complaint after service initiation shall be treated as a breach of agreement and may result in:
- Legal recovery action
- Service termination
- Blacklisting
- Cyber complaint filing
- Recovery of damages and legal expenses
Dispute Resolution
Before any legal action, the client agrees to first contact the company for resolution.

By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Strict No Refund Policy.
Note: Payment once made is non-refundable under any circumstances after service initiation. Any dispute shall be subject to Nagpur jurisdiction only.
